And Helpful Information

  1. Do you offer local pickups?
YES! Contact us with the noodle(s) you are looking to purchase and we will arrange a place and time.
  2. Can I pick up at the Reptile show you will be vending?
YES! Just let us know ahead of time and we will bring the noodle(s) with us.
  3. Do you offer supplies?
No, I only have the noodles available. There are many online sites and physical stores to get supplies ahead of time. Also, the Reptile Shows offer all the products needed.
  4. Are you available before and after the purchase with any questions regarding care?
Of course, reach out anytime and we will be happy to help.
  5. Why do you ship to the Local FedEx HUB?
The animal's safety is our top priority. The HUBs are temperature-controlled buildings that will keep the animal safe and not sitting on a truck or doormat. We only ensure live animal guarantee when shipping to FedEx HUB as well as our shipping supplier. Customers can request to ship to a home address but we will NOT honor the live animal guarantee. All shipping is temperature dependent and we will NOT ship during extreme temps.
  6. What do you feed your snakes?
We feed a combination of live or frozen/thawed rats/mice/asf. Any picky eaters will be noted in the listing.
  7. Do you also list on MorphMarket?
    Yes, my account is
    boopnoodlesbykristin
  8. I no longer want my noodle(s), do you offer returns/refunds?
No, once an animal is in your care we will not refund or allow returns.
  9.  Are your animals tested for diseases?
We have had most of our adult snakes full panel tested for common snake diseases. All tested snakes have been negative. Any new snakes added to the collection go through a quarantine process prior to joining.
  10. What do I do if my snake has stuck shed?
Make sure to mist snakes in shed daily. If they are still having issues shedding then provide a shallow warm water bath and let them soak for 15 min monitored.
  11. My snake is not eating, what should I do?
Often ball pythons go from eating all the time to not eating at all. They are funny that way. Try changing up the habitat, rodent type, and make sure the habitat is proper temp. If the snake is still not eating then get them checked out by a veterinarian.
